“We should not live for ourselves alone,
but for the joy in doing good for others.”
Arch Klumph, founder of The Rotary Foundation
We meet at noon every Wednesday with great club spirit and fellowship. We participate in a wide-range of community, youth, and international projects including hosting international students in our community and sponsoring local students to visit other nations through Youth Exchange.
Over the years, our Club has put millions of dollars and tens of thousands of volunteer hours into making our community and our world a better place to live.
The over 85 Rotary Clubs in our district combined typically donate over 400,000 volunteer hours and several million dollars annually to making our communities and the world a better place.
Rotary International is the world's first service club organization, with more than 1.2 million members in over 35,000 clubs worldwide. Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto "Service Above Self".
